Position Overview:
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for developing and executing plans and strategies to drive sales for all three companies. This individual provides marketing services for both the company as a whole and the dealers. In this role, you will contribute to existing marketing programs, while assisting with the development of new initiatives aligned with company and client goals. You will create engaging and on-brand content for a variety of media, including websites and point of purchase materials. You will champion the creation and deployment of emails to prospects, end users and Dealers. All while overseeing and executing a variety of important Marketing functions.
Responsibilities:
General Responsibilities:
Support marketing efforts with both Corporate and the Dealers
Liaise with Dealers, other Marketing team members and IT web developers regarding website changes
Perform other duties as assigned
Marketing Materials Support
Oversee work orders for marketing materials, including operating the copier, wide-format printers, and laminator.
Maintain inventory and ensure marketing materials and supplies are stocked. Including advanced preparation for large print projects. Taking inventory and having foresight into what materials are needed to complete those projects and ensuring there is inventory on hand.
Upload graphics and order promotional materials such as feather banners and table runners.
Complete ECNs for requesting new part numbers for marketing materials.
Advertising & Data Management
Enter new publications and insertion orders in the Advertising Database.
Verify advertising and marketing billings and submit them to accounting.
Review and assign recorded lead sources in the CRM database.
Maintain marketing budgeting for different projects.
Update and generate reports.
Maintain mailing list
Corporate Marketing Support responsibilities:
Monitor, maintain and assist with implementation of company’s web presence through social media, developing brand awareness, online communication, emails and generating inbound traffic
Plan, design and implement advertising strategies including direct mail, point of purchase materials, and organic social media.
Review and prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for measuring campaign and program success
Assist with web content creation for specific marketing initiatives.
Oversee quarterly reporting for voice of customer surveys, including quarterly drawings for gift cards.
Assist with responding on social media as needed.
Collaborate with internal teams, purchasing, and creative agencies to ensure brand consistency and timely delivery of assets.
Manage and optimize the ActiveCampaign platform to execute email marketing strategies, including onboarding sequences, drip campaigns, lead nurturing workflows, and push email communications.
Create compelling email content and maintain a consistent push email marketing schedule to support goals and audience engagement to target audiences.
Stay current with marketing trends and tools to bring fresh ideas to the team.
Maintain the content and communication on the lobby television
Central Boiler Dealer Marketing Support responsibilities:
Create and distribute Dealer communications, including but not limited to monthly marketing newsletter and Dealer Bulletins to dealers
Guide Dealers when adding company content to their website ensuring adherence to marketing guidelines
Review and ensure Dealer websites meet compliance criteria and communicate with Sales team if adjustments are needed
Verify Dealer websites are in compliance
Maintain documents on the Dealer E-Comm site such as forms, programs, promotional materials utilizing the Dealer Website Document Management program
Coordinate dealer website, Facebook, and Google profile audits.
Coordinate the ordering, assembly, packaging and distribution of dealer awards.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, advertising or communications or relevant work experience
Knowledge of digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
Attention to detail, accurate and high-quality work, organized with the ability to prioritize workload
Strong written and verbal communication skills along with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Strong problem-solving capabilities, sense of responsibility and self-motivation
Collaborate and build excellent relationships with cross-functional teams
Intermediate computer and software skills including ActiveCampaign, InDesign,and MS Office
Innovative and creative mindset
Preferred Qualifications/Selection Criteria:
Project Management experience
Experience with research using data analytics software
Physical Requirements:
Generally, spend the workday sitting at a workstation and operating computer devices such as, but not limited to keyboard, mouse and screen, performing repetitive motions that involve or affect the hands, head and other parts of the body. May include bending, squatting, reaching and lifting.
