MARKETING COORDINATOR

Position Overview:

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for developing and executing plans and strategies to drive sales for the company, service, or product for both corporate and the dealers. In this role, you will contribute to existing marketing programs, while assisting with the development of new initiatives aligned with company and client goals. You will create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media, manage and oversee the websites, create and deploy emails to end users and Dealers along with campaigns targeting potential Dealers.

General Responsibilities:

  • Support marketing efforts with both Corporate and Dealers
  • Liaise with customers, Dealers, other Marketing team members and IT web developers regarding website changes
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Corporate Marketing Support responsibilities:

  • Monitor, maintain and assist with implementation of company’s web presence through social media, developing brand awareness, online communication, emails and generating inbound traffic
  • Plan, design and implement advertising strategies including print ads, social media and paid digital advertising such as Programmatic, Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram ads
  • Review and prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for measuring campaign and program success
  • Manage, oversee and develop the websited to improve user experience and SEO best practice

Dealer Marketing Support responsibilities:

  • Plan and design prospective dealer campaigns for the Dealer Development Team
  • Create and distribute Dealer communications, including but not limited to monthly marketing newsletter and Dealer Bulletins to dealers
  • Communicate and respond to questions from Dealers
  • Guide Dealers when adding content to their website ensuring adherence to marketing guidelines
  • Review and ensure Dealer websites meet compliance criteria and communicate with Sales team if adjustments are needed
  • Support Dealers with creating ads for local advertising, ordering promotional materials and assisting with Dealer E-Comm Site
  • Maintain documents on the Dealer E-Comm site such as forms, programs, promotional materials utilizing the Dealer Website Document Management program
  • Manage Dealer Co-op Advertising Program including processing advertising pre-approval requests, receiving claims, approving/denying claims, forwarding approved requests to Accounting for Dealer reimbursement and managing Dealer advertising balances

Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, advertising or communications or relevant work experience
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
  • Attention to detail, accurate and high-quality work, organized with the ability to prioritize workload
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills along with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities, sense of responsibility and self-motivation
  • Collaborate and build excellent relationships with cross-functional teams
  • Intermediate computer and software skills including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and MS Office
  • Innovative and creative mindset

Preferred Qualifications/Selection Criteria:

  • Project Management experience
  • Experience with research using data analytics software

Physical Requirements:

  • Generally, spend the workday sitting at a workstation and operating computer devices such as, but not limited to keyboard, mouse and screen, performing repetitive motions that involve or affect the hands, head and other parts of the body. May include bending, squatting, reaching and lifting.
