Customer Service Technician (Altoz) - The Customer Service Technician is responsible for a variety of administrative duties and for assisting the Altoz Dealers and their customers with service-related items such as warranty questions, processing warranty claims, part returns,resolving complaints, and correcting shipping errors. National Sales Director - As our National Sales Director, you are responsible for achieving annual sales and profitability objectives by developing and implementing sales support plans to increase our market share and growth. You will design plans to meet/exceed sales targets, develop and cultivate relationships with dealers/customers, and evaluate costs to determine our products’ pricing when selling to our dealers/customers. You will develop, lead, and coach salaried and hourly team members to achieve high performance. You will foster effective cross-functional working relationships with Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Logistics, Finance, HR, and Quality. Mechanical Drafter - The Mechanical Drafter is primarily responsible for creating accurate technical drawings and plans for mechanical devices, machines, and systems. In this role, you will work closely with the engineering team to develop detailed drawings that are used in the design and production of new products. You will also maintain current products by making engineering changes to improve quality or manufacturing processes. Design Engineer - The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing and leading the full design process from ideation to production. This individual will draw new designs and update our current designs. This job entails managing multiple complex projects at the same time while ensuring that all design projects are completed within budget and timeline.
