Powder Paint/Refractory Technician (Red Lake Falls) - A production Powder Paint/Refractory Technician plays a key role in a dynamic manufacturing environment, ensuring the production of high-quality outdoor wood furnaces, mowers, and outdoor power equipment. This position involves preparing parts, setting up and maintaining paint booths, expertly applying powder paint to achieve superior finishes, and producing durable refractory components that meet strict quality standards. Digital Marketing Coordinator – A Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible for monitoring, maintaining, assisting and implementing the company’s web presence. In this role, you will also oversee and assess the success of email campaigns and social media posts by studying metrics and campaigns with the ultimate goal to increase brand awareness through online channels, using effective social media and email strategies and campaigns. Base Pay Range: $24.00/hour to $31.00/hour + Overtime Available. The salary range for the position will be determined by several factors, such as the candidate's previous related work experience, education, knowledge, technical skills, performance and abilities. Additionally, the compensation of employees in similar roles at Central Boiler Companies and the budget allocated for the position will influence the offer.

Marketing Assistant – A Marketing Assistant works closely with the marketing team by assisting with marketing plans and strategies. In this role, you will create marketing materials such as promo flyers, marketing newsletter, banners, decals and signage. You will also provide administrative support as needed such as ordering supplies, monitoring print projects, and tracking of costs and time schedules for multiple projects. Base Pay Range: $18.00/hour to $24.00/hour + Overtime Available.
